- Road issues: road conditions, maintenance, funding; private roads; complete streets; transit; relations with and evaluation of county road commissions; state and local government ethics.
- Methodology:
- This survey ran from October 6 to December 11, 2014 and received responses from 73% of jurisdictions. Note: the Fall 2014 MPPS consisted of two concurrent surveys. In addition to the survey of general purpose local governments, a similar survey was conducted of county road commission/department officials.
