Energy policies and environmental leadership among Michigan's local governments

This report presents information from Michigan local government officials regarding local energy issues and policies. In addition, the report looks at local officials’ opinions on environmental leadership in local government. These findings are based on statewide surveys of local government leaders in the Spring 2019 wave as well as comparisons to the Fall 2010 and Fall 2013 waves of the Michigan Public Policy Survey (MPPS).
