A new CLOSUP report presents the opinions of Michigan's local government leaders on a range of issues regarding recycling services (or the lack thereof) in their communities. The findings come from the fall 2021 Michigan Public Policy Survey of the state's local leaders, conducted between October 4 and December 6, 2021.
