Policy Analyst

Noah is a CLOSUP Policy Analyst studying municipal budget processes. Working with the City of Detroit’s Office of Budget, his work focuses on outcome budgeting, utilizing service metrics to determine an efficient allocation of city resources. Currently in his second year of the Ford School’s Master of Public Policy Program (Class of 2022), Noah graduated with a B.S. in Economics from Michigan State University in 2016. Noah’s previous work experience has primarily focused on housing policy evaluation and implementation. He is additionally interested in issues of income inequality and tax policy.
